Families of children who recieve EC (Exceptional Children) services, have a need to network and share inforamtion with each other; to help their children be "included"', grow stronger, and live life as independently as possible. EC Advocates are a vital link that will help connect families to resources and valuable information that may suit their needs.

EC Advocates get involved by helping to promote disability awareness at their school; by either hosting a support group(s), or inviting a speaker to discuss topics important to families, or starting a resource center the school for staff, parents, and students to use. EC Advocates make a positive difference in the lives of our children. The possibilities are endless.

The EC Voice is a monthy newsletter which disseminates important information form our community to families in which recieve EC services. To submit an article or event to the newsletter, please forward it to Jacqui Hawkins at hawkinsj68@gmail.com.
